Technical Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a small dynamic sales team, selling bespoke products such as uPVC windows and doors to achieve targets and develop strategies to increase sales.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage sales team to achieve targets and develop strategies to increase sales
  • Work with new and existing clients to design bespoke CAD drawings and provide excellent customer service
  • Main point of contact for clients, responsible for building strong relationships and driving sales growth
About You:
  • Technical Sales experience, preferably in the Fenestration industry
  • Sales Management experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in CAD design and ability to create bespoke drawings
  • Full driving licence and ability to travel to client sites
