Job Title: Engineering CAD Graduate

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Engineering CAD Graduate to join our team at McLaren Racing. As a Graduate Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering performance projects across multiple functions, including Design, Aerodynamics, Vehicle Performance, Race Engineering, and Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain insight across all functions of an F1 team, predominantly focused on Technical and Race Team elements.
  • Deliver performance projects from the outset across multiple functions.
  • Work closely with all areas of the business and levels of management.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or the Sciences with a minimum of a 2:1 (or equivalent).
  • General computing skills and software knowledge appropriate to placement area.
  • Practical mindedness and a passion for motorsport.
