About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Russell Group Graduate to fill this Academic Mentorship Opportunity in Lambeth. As a high-achieving school graduate, you will play a vital role in supporting students in their academic journey, helping them overcome challenges and reach their full potential. Your involvement will not only benefit individual students but also contribute to the overall success of the school community.

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include providing academic support to students, developing lesson plans and delivering group sessions, and maintaining accurate records of student progress. You will work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure that students receive comprehensive support, tailored to their individual needs. In addition, you will be responsible for communicating with students, parents, and teachers, keeping them informed about student progress and any areas of concern.

What We Offer
In exchange for your dedication and expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £500-£550 per week, paid term-time only. This compensation package reflects the value we place on your contributions to the educational development of our students.
