Job Description


As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Park Plaza, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hospitality that our guests expect. Your primary responsibilities will include:



  • Supervising a team of Room Attendants to ensure efficient operation and excellent service delivery
  • Conducting regular checks of guest bedrooms and public areas to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness
  • Mentoring and developing the skills of your team members to enhance their performance and job satisfaction
  • Empowering your team to take ownership of the guest experience and adapt to meet their needs
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and open communication
