Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic graduates to join our team as Graduate Aspiring Psychologists. As a Graduate Aspiring Psychologist, you will have the opportunity to work with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a supportive and inclusive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support children with SEN in 1:1, group, or whole-class situations
- Assist in supporting children's progress and providing feedback on their achievements, progress, and needs
- Lead small group sessions and interventions as appropriate
- Attend to children's personal needs where required
- Support with behavior management - mild needs
- Undertake learning activities/teaching programmes, adjusting activities to ensure achievement of learning goals
- Assist with the supervision of children out of lesson times, including playtimes and undertaking lunchtime duty
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Child Development)
- Strong academics through A-Level/BTEC's and GCSEs
- Previous experience supporting children (e.g., tutoring, babysitting, summer camps, support work, voluntary SEN work)
- Hard-working nature, friendly, confident, and a willingness to learn and develop your career in a fantastic, nurturing school

- Long-term, full-time contract
