About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Care Home Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the care home team to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring that all aspects of care are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional care.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Ensure that the care home is run in a safe and efficient manner, with a focus on maintaining a high standard of care and comfort for our residents.
  • Work closely with the care team to identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and recruitment, to ensure that the care home is running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a care management role, with a strong understanding of care standards and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Knowledge of care standards and regulations, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
