We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental (SHE) professional to join our team in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will have experience working with major main contractors on MOD and MOJ projects, and will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety and environmental aspects of our operations are managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance and advice to the business on compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies.
- Monitor and report on health, safety and environmental performance.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with external experts to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SHE, with experience in a similar role and knowledge of UK legislation in this field. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
