About the Role:

The Administrative Treasury Officer will assist the Group Treasury Accountant with various administrative tasks, including banking updates, email management, and cash flow analysis. This role requires a high level of organisation and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Group Treasury Accountant with daily banking updates, treasury emails, cash flow actuals, and finance queries.
  • Process and reconcile bank charge invoices, download bank statements, and upload to Unit 4, and manage un-reconciled items.
  • Support weekly payment runs, including manual payments, direct debits, and cross-company journals.
  • Assist with audits and year-end by gathering payment evidence and approvals.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have a keen eye for detail.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, a generous holiday allowance, and a contributory pension scheme.
