Senior Planner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our established Planning team in Cambridge. This role offers a unique chance to work on a diverse range of projects across various sectors, promoting large-scale industrial and commercial, residential, and mixed-use development, urban regeneration, infrastructure, and innovation-led projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and coordinate professional teams in the preparation and submission of major planning applications.
  • Prepare and submit representations to Local Plans.
  • Conduct site appraisals and manage projects for a variety of clients.
  • Prepare planning and economic statements to support applications.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • MRTPI qualified with strong planning experience (consultancy or private sector advantageous).
  • Enthusiastic about networking opportunities and profile raising.
  • Full UK driving licence holder.
