About Our Client

We are partnering with a leading international private equity fund and advisory group, investing in businesses across the globe and across sectors. They are seeking an intelligent and ambitious Investor Relations Professional to join their global team and project manage end-to-end fundraising processes.

The role's key focus will be supporting the existing, London-based investor relations team on fundraising project management, diligence processes, including all aspects of investor queries, investor DDQ/RFP completion, process management, data room management, and content creation, as well as other day-to-day IR workstreams.

  • Coordination of LP due diligence requests from existing and prospective fund investors, including maintaining trackers and file structures to record inbound requests and their completion
  • Data room management, including document creation and organisation
  • Creation and completion of LP diligence documents and Excel templates, utilising support from existing IR team and other departments at the firm
  • Presentation work
  • Other day-to-day IR workstreams as needed
  • Creation of powerful, thoughtful, and clear responses to both simple and sophisticated investor queries, using a strong existing understanding of PE model

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with work experience in an investor relations role for a UK-listed company or within a placement agent. The ideal candidate will have excellent written skills and the ability to build engaging presentations, strong numeracy skills and the ability to understand financial concepts, strong attention to detail and accuracy, proactivity in building excellent relationships, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment, prioritising workload effectively. An understanding of, or experience within private equity, would be advantageous.
