Automotive Warranty Specialist Position

Award-winning Automotive Warranty Specialist sought for full-time opportunity at CV-Library's Heathrow branch, working with leading heavy commercial vehicle manufacturers.

This role requires daily processing of invoices and claims on the manufacturers' platforms, ensuring adherence to company processes and manufacturer procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices and claims on the manufacturers' platforms.
  • Understand vehicle warranty and handle Manufacturer Warranty Claims.
  • Utilize R&M (Repair and Maintenance) Claim processing experience.
  • Leverage automotive experience, with HGV preference but transferable skills accepted.
Essential Requirements:
  1. Familiarity with vehicle warranty.
  2. Proven experience in processing Manufacturer Warranty Claims.
  3. Knowledge of vehicle Repair and Maintenance.
  4. Expertise in Processing R&M Claims.
  5. Automotive experience is mandatory.
