Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, developing relationships with key customers, and providing administrative support to the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction with company products and services
  • Sustain relationships with key customers to encourage repeat business
  • Develop knowledge of customer products and services to make recommendations based on customer needs
  • Assist Key Account Managers with administrative tasks and update the system
  • Record details of customers' purchase orders accurately
  • Maintain and update in-house software with customer information
  • Create and present detailed sales reports to the Sales team

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a sales support or administrative support role in the food industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 1-2 years experience in sales
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred
