As an Arboricultural Officer, you will play a crucial role in protecting the council's trees and woodlands. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert advice on arboricultural matters to inform decision-making within the planning department.
You will be working closely with the planning service, responding to over 700 planning consultations annually, and ensuring that all decisions are made in line with the Key Performance Indicator.
