The Sudbury Catholic District School Board is seeking a Lunchtime Assistant to maintain order and discipline in designated areas within the school building and schoolyard. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and respectful environment for students and staff
  • Supervise students during lunch periods and ensure they are following school rules
  • Assist with daily tasks and duties as assigned by the principal or vice principal

Requirements:

  • Ability to effectively communicate orally in English
  • Physical requirements include frequent walking and standing, bending and manual dexterity
  • Previous experience working with children is an asset
