Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and production of high-quality dishes to the highest standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Continuously improve cooking techniques and menu knowledge through training and development

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
