Building Surveyor

We are working with a specialist contractor in the South Coast region, delivering high-end residential building schemes.
Our client has an excellent reputation for delivery, quality of finish, and on-time delivery. They work directly with high net worth clients and architects to assist with initial cost plans, programmes, design, and product specification.
Your role will involve assisting at the preconstruction phases with the Directors, procuring packages, and taking them to site to work with the site delivery team to deliver the projects.
Standard duties include procurement, payments, valuations, variations, forecasting, CVR reporting, and most schemes are set up on a JCT form of contract.
This is a unique and challenging opportunity for someone with a solid main contractor background or high-end residential developer experience looking for a different type of challenge.
