About the Role

We are seeking an Italian speaking customer service professional to join our team at Ventrica. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across various channels.

Job Description

This is a full-time opportunity that requires a 'can do' attitude and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the first point of contact for all customer queries, ensuring that every interaction is handled with empathy and professionalism.

You will also play a crucial role in promoting our brand values and providing seamless support to our customers through telephone, social media, webchat, and email channels.

Your tasks will include:

  • Having a 'can do' attitude and being adaptable to changing circumstances
  • Serving as the first point of contact for all customer queries
  • Representing our brand as a brand ambassador
  • Providing outstanding customer service across multiple channels
  • Maintaining a customer-centric approach in every conversation
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service with an empathetic approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work well within a team
  • Confident IT skills
  • Flexibility, professionalism, drive, ambition, and a willingness to learn
  • An attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Fluency in Italian and a C2 level of English proficiency
Working Arrangements

This full-time opportunity offers 40 hours of work per week, spread across Monday to Saturday between 09:00am and 07:00pm. The start date is scheduled for 4th November 2024, with an estimated end date of 31st January 2025.
