We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Service Professional to join our team at Evans Halshaw. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional vehicle maintenance and repair services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose and repair vehicle issues, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer training and industry developments to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
  • Participate in ongoing quality control and improvement initiatives to maintain and improve service standards.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification or equivalent.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in vehicle maintenance and repair, preferably in a franchised dealer environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
