Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for patients and provide a professional service.
  • Ensure that enquiries from patients are efficiently and courteously handled.
  • Assist the clinical team in the service and delivery of care management.
  • Perform administration tasks associated with the running of a busy GP practice.

Requirements:

  • Computer literate and able to work in a busy public-facing environment.
  • Confident and friendly manner for dealing with the general public.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
