About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tiler/Multi Trader to join our Responsive Maintenance division in the Wates team.

This is a unique opportunity to work on social housing contracts, delivering reactive maintenance to residents.

  • Undertake repair/renewal works
  • Provide expert advice to Supervisor when other trades are required
  • Work on specific tasks with precision and attention to detail
  • Collaborate effectively with other operatives to complete tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of work and materials used
  • Ensure timely and productive completion of tasks

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
