We are seeking an experienced Digital Hardware Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of next-generation products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Baseband Digital Architecture Definition: Develop and document the baseband digital architecture, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Component Selection and Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to select and manage components, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Digital PCB Design: Design and review digital PCBs using Altium, ensuring signal integrity and thermal management.
  • Baseband Thermal Management: Develop and implement thermal management strategies for baseband hardware.
  • HW Test Team Collaboration: Liaise with the HW Test Team to ensure best-in-class test automation coverage.
  • Contract Electronics Manufacturer Management: Collaborate with contract electronics manufacturers, PCB fabricators, and assembly houses to ensure timely delivery and quality.
  • BOM and Product Cost Management: Manage bill of materials and product costs, ensuring optimal pricing and profitability.
  • Signal Integrity, Thermal, and Timing Analysis: Conduct signal integrity, thermal, and timing analysis to ensure optimal performance.
  • HW Bring-up and Performance Evaluation: Develop and implement hardware bring-up and performance evaluation strategies.
  • Embedded SW Integration: Collaborate with embedded software teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • DFM and DFT Strategy: Develop and implement design for manufacturing and design for test strategies.
Requirements:
  • Strong Electrical Engineering Fundamentals: Possess a solid understanding of electrical engineering principles and concepts.
  • Experience with High-Pin-Count Flip Chip and BGA Packaging: Have experience with high-pin-count flip chip and BGA packaging.
  • Experience with Clock Tree Architectures and IEEE 1588 PTP: Have experience with clock tree architectures and IEEE 1588 PTP.
  • Experience with Clock and Timing Devices: Have experience with clock and timing devices, such as crystal resonators, VC-TCXOs, crystal oscillators, and clock distribution ICs.
  • Experience with Power Budgeting and Power Electronics Design: Have experience with developing power budgets and power electronics design.
  • Experience with Voltage Regulators, LDO, and SMPS: Have experience with voltage regulators, LDO, and SMPS.
  • Experience with Signal Integrity and Power Integrity Simulation: Have experience with signal integrity and power integrity simulation.
  • Experience with Thermal Management in PCB Design: Have experience with thermal management in PCB design.
  • Experience with High-Speed and Low-Speed Digital Interfaces: Have experience with high-speed and low-speed digital interfaces, such as PCIe, I2C, UART, JTAG, etc.
  • Experience with Bench-Level Design Verification: Have experience with bench-level design verification using high-speed oscilloscopes.
  • Experience with Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and Phase Noise Analyzers: Have experience with network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and phase noise analyzers.
  • Experience with DFM Techniques: Have experience with design for manufacturing techniques.
  • Knowledge of ADCs/DACs: Possess knowledge of analog-to-digital converters and digital-to-analog converters.
