Senior Paralegal Administrator

At Wild Recruitment, we're seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Paralegal Administrator to join our team in Portsmouth. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a legal setting, strong organisational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software.
About the Role:The primary responsibility of this role is to manage legal documents, maintain schedules, and provide administrative support to solicitors. Key tasks include preparing and formatting legal documents, scheduling meetings and managing calendars, filing and organising legal records, liaising with clients and other departments, and assisting with billing and timekeeping.
Key Responsibilities:- Document Management: Prepare and format legal documents, ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Scheduling and Organisation: Schedule meetings and manage calendars, file and organise legal records.
- Communication and Liaison: Liaise with clients and other departments, facilitate smooth communication and resolution of issues.
- Administrative Support: Assist with billing and timekeeping, provide general administrative support to solicitors.
- Prior experience in a legal setting.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software.
