About the Position:We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and provide individualized support to learners with undiagnosed needs in the Cambridgeshire area.
Responsibilities and Requirements:- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning support to learners with complex needs
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and teachers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance learners' emotional well-being and engagement in learning
- Relevant teaching and learning certifications
- Enhanced DBS certificate or equivalent
- Estimated salary of £31,500 per annum
