Private Client Investment Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Investment Management professional to join our team at Oval Recruit Ltd. as a Private Client Investment Administrator. As a key member of our Private Client team, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:

  • Collaborating with Private Client Directors on client meetings, including setup, arrangement, and post-meeting documentation.
  • Creating client suitability reports, including transfer analysis and new client portfolio analysis.
  • Maintaining client data across all systems and taking dealing instructions from clients and Directors.
  • Liaising closely with back office staff and client servicing team to ensure best practice and best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Working closely with all members of the Private Client team, participating in relevant projects and business initiatives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have had experience of the following:

  • At least 2 years relevant experience gained from within a similar Private Client Investment, Financial Planning or Wealth Management organisation.
  • Experience of working with investment funds.
  • Proven client-focused background, with a strong proactive and energetic approach to work.
  • Good educational background, ideally working towards Financial Planning and/or Investment qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills.
