Faculty Position in Biological Sciences

We are seeking a talented academic to join our team at the University of Southampton, as part of our strategic growth plan in Biosciences. The successful candidate will contribute to our research environment, which spans molecular and precision bioscience, cell and developmental biology, neuroscience, microbiology, plants and food security, and ecology and evolution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong research background and a passion for teaching and mentoring. They will integrate into our highly collaborative and interdisciplinary environment, fostering research and education across Biological Sciences.

As a member of our faculty, you will benefit from access to our High-Performance computer cluster IDRIS and membership of the IfLS. You will also have the opportunity to shape the life-science agenda at the University of Southampton, a top 100 University in the QS World Rankings.
