We are a fast-paced fintech company based in the UK, seeking an ambitious candidate for a senior product management position.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a B2C payments space and be accustomed to working in a scale-up environment. They should have demonstrable success in taking ideas from concept to launch, with a strong understanding of compliance, financial crime, and operational functions.

To streamline the shortlisting process, we require candidates to provide their expected annual compensation figures and availability upon application. This information is essential for us to consider your suitability for the role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and prioritize features, ensuring successful project delivery across complex dependencies.
  • Maintain effective communication with external product partners and internal stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance team to ensure ongoing regulatory requirements are met.
  • Work with the Financial Crime team to evolve controls and stay ahead of emerging threats.
  • Partner with Operations teams to drive continuous improvement and efficiency efforts.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

  • At least one year of experience in managing complex products in a B2C start-up or scale-up environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in payments space and fintech.
  • Proven track record of managing integration projects or products with significant technical and operational dependencies.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, financial crime, and operations functions.
  • Solid project management experience.
  • Able to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences, retaining context and specificity.
  • A hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in SQL or willingness to learn quickly.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around **£80,000-£110,000 per annum**, depending on experience and qualifications.
