Job Summary: Healthcare Coordinator - Administrative Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced administrative professional to fill the role of Healthcare Coordinator - Administrative Role at Brook Street. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive healthcare environment.

  • Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
  • Contract duration: 2-3 months, with potential for extension

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting patients, scheduling review appointments, and maintaining accurate records
  • Maintaining organised filing systems, operating computerised information systems, and ensuring data accuracy
  • Processing and distributing mail, handling correspondence, and managing communications
  • Providing excellent customer service, answering telephone calls, and responding to inquiries in a professional manner
  • Performing scanning and photocopying duties, typing various documents, and maintaining office equipment

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Education: 4 GCSEs at grades A-C, including English Language
  • Experience: At least 1 year of administrative or clerical experience

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.45 per hour, paid holidays, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
