Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance staff to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our hotel facilities
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities
- Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify and address any maintenance issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and budgets
Requirements
- Proven experience in a maintenance or facilities management role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests
- Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems, with the ability to perform routine maintenance tasks
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and financial management
