Project Service Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Service Manager to lead our Oil & Gas project in Aberdeen or Paris.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project team to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, including qualitative and quantitative risk analysis.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes.

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • General knowledge of planning, monitoring, and control tools, such as Primavera, WinProject, and SAP.
  • Knowledge of best practices and international reference standards.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of qualitative and quantitative risk management and analysis tools, such as Monte Carlo.
  • Knowledge of data and document management tools.
  • Knowledge of Office software, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Access.
