About the Role:

Search is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our client's kitchen team at a beautiful country pub in Kent. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cuisine, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas, staying ahead of culinary trends and using seasonal, high-quality ingredients.
  • Lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver smooth service during high-pressure periods.
  • Oversee the training and development of junior team members within the kitchen.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience working as a Head Chef in a Michelin/Rosette kitchen.
  • Passionate about using seasonal, high-quality ingredients to create innovative dishes.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications and food safety certifications.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
