**Job Title:** Retail Merchandising Manager (Field-Based)

**Location:** Luton (Hybrid 2 days office, 3 days on the road)

**About the Role:**

We seek a skilled Retail Merchandising Manager to lead and enhance our in-store brand representation. This position presents an exciting opportunity to shape the in-store experience, developing strategies that captivate customers and drive sales across multiple retail locations.

**Responsibilities:**

• Manage a team of professionals to ensure exceptional product displays and effective merchandising strategies.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive sales growth.
• Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform business decisions.

**Requirements:**

• Proven experience as a Retail Merchandising Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
