Registered General Nurse (Nightshift) Nursing Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse to join our team at Ashlea Court Care Home.

As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft personalized care plans in collaboration with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure accuracy and precision in care documentation.
  • Lead with confidence and guide your team to deliver top-notch care.
  • Facilitate seamless transitions and ensure clear communication.
  • Monitor health and administer medications safely.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Promote independence and encourage social interactions.
  • Act on feedback and prioritize resident health and well-being.
  • Champion respect and dignity for every resident.
  • Prioritize safety and maintain a secure environment.
  • Support nutrition and hydration, monitoring residents at risk of weight changes or dehydration.
  • Respond to emergencies and utilize reflective practices to continually improve care.

About You:

  • You are a Registered General or Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC Nursing PIN.
  • You have a passion for care and a dedication to improving the lives of our residents.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and a calm, patient demeanor.
