Corporate Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Manager to join our team at TPF Recruitment. As a leading provider of accountancy talent in the South East, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with local partners to deliver a range of tax work, including compliance and advisory services.
- Provide tax consultancy to a diverse range of clients, including owner-managed companies, quoted groups, and local and national charities.
- Be involved in business development initiatives, working with the team to generate new work and develop the corporate tax practice.
- Deliver general corporate tax consultancy, including group reorganisations, structuring acquisitions, due diligence work, and corporate debt advice.
- Provide research and development tax relief, patent box, international tax advice, and capital allowances reviews.
- Be ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified and have developed a career to Corporate Tax Manager/Senior Manager levels with a corporate tax focused career background.
- Bring a mix of compliance and planning skills, with expertise in some areas of corporate tax advisory project work and a desire to develop further in other areas.
