Optical Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Optical Assistant to join our team at Zest Business Group. As an Optical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our opticians in delivering high-quality eye care services.

The Role
  • Assist opticians with patient consultations and eye examinations
  • Manage reception duties, including greeting patients and handling phone calls
  • Ensure clinical standards are met and maintained
  • Pre-screen patients and make adjustments as needed
  • Collect and process payments
  • Provide outstanding levels of customer service and support
  • Work collaboratively with a friendly team of 5-6 people
  • Work 4.5 days a week, with a flexible schedule
  • Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 DOE

  • Experienced Optical Assistant or Optical Receptionist
