Opportunity for a Tiler/Multi Trader

We are seeking a skilled Tiler/Multi Trader to join our Responsive Maintenance division, working out of our Walton On Thames office on a social housing contract. As a Tiler/Multi Trader, you will be responsible for delivering reactive maintenance to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake repair/renewal works
  • Advise Supervisor in a timely manner where other trades are required
  • Work solely on certain tasks
  • Work in partnership with other operatives to complete certain tasks
  • Complete daily work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job undertaken
  • Work in a timely and productive manner to complete programme tasks

Requirements:

You must have a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle. To be successful in this role, you will be an excellent communicator with the ability to problem solve, multi task, work to tight deadlines, have a high standard of workmanship, productivity levels and ability to provide excellent customer service at all times.
