We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Specsavers. As a key member of our supply chain function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- To develop and maintain high-quality demand forecasts aligned with our purchasing cycles, continuously refining forecasting processes and proactively communicating any changes to relevant stakeholders.
- To review inventory targets and demand levels regularly to ensure they match the current business landscape.
- To work closely with our Inbound Planning team to ensure that the flow of goods remains smooth and efficient.
- To build strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring orders are placed and scheduled to keep our shelves stocked.
- Proven experience working in demand or supply planning, with a customer-focused attitude and the ability to juggle competing demands while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to consolidate and interpret data from various sources.
- Able to produce reports that drive key decision-making.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £37,000 (depending on experience) + bonus. Our benefits package includes private healthcare and dental cover, as well as a generous pension scheme. You'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team and make a real impact on our business.
