**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Practitioner to join our Family Safeguarding team in Peterborough. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hold a caseload of Children in need, Child protection, and court cases.
- Work collaboratively with co-located teams to make important decisions and solve challenging situations.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the welfare and well-being of children.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive market-leading salary of £43,156 - £49,958 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a generous retention bonus and relocation package. You will also receive a disturbance allowance and lodging allowance for up to six months.
