About the Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and motivated teacher with experience in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to join our team on a flexible, casual basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to use your skills and expertise to make a positive impact on students' learning experiences. You will work with students who have a range of special educational needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lesson Planning and Delivery

Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEND.

Collaboration and Support

Work closely with SENCOs and support staff to implement individual learning plans and provide differentiated learning materials and strategies to support student progress.

Inclusive Classroom Environment

Foster an inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported.

Progress Monitoring and Reporting

Monitor, assess, and report on the progress of students with SEND.

What We're Looking For:
  • A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children with SEND
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching to individual needs
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive Weekly Pay:£85-110 per day (inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay)
