We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Ward Manager to join our team at Appoint Healthcare's male high dependency mental health hospital in Portsmouth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and ensuring that patients receive high-quality care. They will also be required to promote positive teamwork and lead by example.
We offer a competitive salary of £49,231 per annum, plus NMC payment in full, flexible working, and access to professional development opportunities.
