Position: Mobile Air Conditioning Technician

Location: Various commercial sites across the region.

Salary: £39,000 plus comprehensive benefits package including 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays, overtime opportunities, and a company vehicle.

Company Overview:
  • Join a prominent nationwide Facilities Management organization.

Role Overview:
  • Engage in a mobile role across diverse commercial environments including offices, courthouses, corporate buildings, and retail locations.
  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
  • On-call duty is required once every seven weeks, with a standby compensation of £125.
  • Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and troubleshooting on a variety of air conditioning systems, including VRVs and VRFs.
  • Conduct basic mechanical repairs on air handling units (AHUs).
  • Execute general building services tasks as necessary.
  • Work autonomously while ensuring high standards of service delivery.

Qualifications Required:
  • F-Gas certification (2079).
  • Possess City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or a mechanical background.
  • Previous experience in a commercial setting is advantageous.
