A Utility Industry Specialist is required by a leading commercial real estate business to manage energy suppliers, implement strategies, review supplier performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage energy suppliers, implement strategies, review supplier performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive success.
  • Streamline invoicing procedures to minimize debt.
  • Analyze and benchmark energy supplier performance and score procurement.
  • Implement effective communication between Accounts Payable, Property Managers, clients, and suppliers to deliver SLA's and KPI's.
  • Oversee Auto Meter Reader (AMR) roll out projects.
  • Implement Half Hour Data (HHD) dataflows and reporting processes.
  • Support ESG teams with data gathering requirements for sustainability reporting.
  • Liaise with Accounts Payable Teams, TPI Consultants, and Suppliers to resolve objections and terminations.
Requirements:
  • Strong energy industry knowledge, including metering, energy contracts, COT, MOPs, AMR, HHD, DA/DCs, and account management processes.
  • Excellent analytics skills, capable of delivering reports and interpreting figures and calculations.
  • Effective stakeholder and third-party management skills.
  • A proactive nature, happy taking ownership of your own projects.
Salary & Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of up to £35,000, depending on skills and experience, along with great benefits and hybrid working opportunities.
