This is an exciting opportunity to work as an academic instructional specialist at a reputable organisation in Leeds. As an academic instructional specialist, you will be responsible for assessing and training individuals in accordance with assessment specifications.

You will ensure that evidence provided by learners meets company and awarding body requirements. Providing objective feedback to learners about their performance and achievement is also a key aspect of this role.

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Electrical Qualification (2365/2357 or equivalent) and experience of electrical installation work. Good communication skills and the ability to create accurate reports are essential for this position.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

The role involves devising and agreeing an assessment action plan with the learner as appropriate. You will also complete all relevant assessment forms and return them to the Internal Quality Assurer/Centre Contact.

In addition, you will help and support candidates with portfolio building, ensuring they meet the required standards.

Responsibilities:
