Financial Transactions Coordinator
\Salary: £26,500 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
We are looking for a skilled Financial Transactions Coordinator to join our team at our Peterborough Head Office.
\About the Job
\- Process purchase invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
- Resolve any issues with purchase invoices and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage credit card and employee expenses.
- Reconcile supplier statements and track outstanding purchases.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks to support the team.
Key Skills
\- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with purchase ledger systems and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
