About the Job

  • Process purchase invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Resolve any issues with purchase invoices and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage credit card and employee expenses.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and track outstanding purchases.
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks to support the team.

Key Skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with purchase ledger systems and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
