Role: Mobile Deep Cleaning Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Deep Cleaning Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive deep cleaning services across a portfolio of sites within Milton Keynes.
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize various surfaces, including walls, skirting boards, handrails, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors, and frames.
- Effectively sweep and mop floors using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Vacuum carpeted areas to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Empty waste bins and transport waste materials to designated collection points.
- Prepare cleaning solutions according to manufacturer instructions, ensuring safe handling practices.
- Replenish essential supplies such as soap, toilet rolls, paper towels, etc.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in professional deep cleaning, including floor cleaning and carpet machine operation.
- A valid UK Driving Licence is essential as you will be required to travel between sites. A company vehicle will be provided.
- Proficiency in using tablets and smartphones for communication and task management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
