Job Title: Pharmacist - Service Excellence
At NMR Healthcare, we're committed to delivering exceptional patient care and high-quality services. As a Pharmacist - Service Excellence, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the secure and efficient delivery of our pharmaceutical services.
About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to join our team as a Responsible Pharmacist. Your primary focus will be on supervising the daily functions of our pharmacy department, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of customer care, safety, and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of new services and treatments, enhancing our online pharmacy platform's offerings.
- Implement and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with WDA(H) and GPhC registration requirements.
- Perform regular self-inspections, identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- E nsure all operations comply with GPhC distance selling regulations and industry best practices.
- Address customer and patient enquiries and concerns, providing expert advice on pharmaceutical products and services.
- Clearly communicate via emails, phone calls, and virtual platforms to ensure patient care in an online setting.
- Accurately and safely dispense prescription medications, following proper dosage and labelling guidelines.
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy and legal requirements.
- Continuing Education:
- Stay updated on new medications, healthcare guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Encourage and support the professional development of pharmacy staff.
- Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education:
- Master's degree in pharmacy
- Postgraduate diploma in clinical pharmacy
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience working in a medical or retail environment as a pharmacist.
- GPhC-registered pharmacist with eligibility to act as a Responsible Pharmacist.

Salary and Benefits:
This full-time, permanent position comes with a competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also receive a bonus structure anchored in performance (up to 5%), a pension scheme, generous annual leave entitlement, and exclusive perks via Perkbox.
