We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Manchester City Centre. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design of technical highways and drainage deliverables for residential developments, as well as overseeing and mentoring junior engineers.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil infrastructure design, with experience in working with industry-standard software such as Civil 3D, Site 3D, PDS, Micro/InfoDrainage, or Causeway Flow. You will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality technical deliverables, including preliminary and detailed drainage design, highways geometric design, pavement design, earthworks, and utilities design and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design of technical highways and drainage deliverables for residential developments
  • Oversee and mentor junior engineers
  • Design and deliver high-quality technical deliverables
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
  • UK consultancy experience in civil infrastructure design
  • Knowledge of relevant Sectional Agreements, including S278, S38, S104, S106, etc.
  • Working knowledge of industry-standard software
