We are seeking a seasoned Health and Safety Manager to lead our safety initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Safety Initiatives: Develop and implement safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate with site managers and staff to maintain a safe working environment.
  2. Conduct Risk Assessments: Identify hazards and take proactive measures to control risks, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  3. Influence a Culture of Safety: Foster a safety-first mindset through training, guidance, and regular communication, promoting a culture of safety across all levels.
  4. Stay Ahead of the Game: Stay up-to-date with the latest health and safety regulations and best practices, ensuring Ambitions Personnel remains compliant and sets high standards.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Experience: A minimum of [X] years of experience in health and safety roles, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
  2. NEBOSH Diploma: Possess a NEBOSH Diploma and a deep understanding of health and safety regulations.
  3. Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with teams at all levels and influence a safety-first mindset.
  4. Risk Assessment & Investigation Experience: Conduct thorough investigations and audits, implementing preventive measures to maintain a safe working environment.
  5. Leadership & Collaboration: Collaborate with site managers, supervisors, and staff to foster a culture where safety is a core value.
