A highly sought-after Registered General Nurse is required to join our esteemed nursing home in the Southport, Merseyside area. As a valued member of our team, you will be working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers, renowned for their exceptional standards of care.

This outstanding care home offers a wide range of specialist nursing care, with a team of experienced professionals dedicated to delivering the highest level of care. To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current active NMC Pin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the care and management team to promote high standards of nursing care.
  • Supervise staff effectively and ensure smooth shift operations.
  • Perform general nursing duties, adhering to CQC and NMC guidelines, update care plans, and administer safe medication.
  • Be dependable and flexible to meet the needs of residents and the home.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritize workload.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to analyze problems and propose solutions or improvements.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in using IT and communication systems required for the role.
  • Experience in quality and clinical governance programs.
  • A positive 'can-do' attitude.
