Job Title: Project Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Supervisor to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of large construction projects across the UK, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of site teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered to the required quality standards, including health and safety, environmental, and quality management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
