About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Home Delivery Driver to join our team at Iceland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver shopping to customers' doors, providing a smile and a friendly greeting
  • Provide exceptional levels of customer service, responding to queries and resolving any issues
  • Work as part of a supportive team, collaborating to achieve shared goals
  • Be a real self-starter, taking initiative to provide a great service despite daily challenges
  • Lend a hand with wider store operations, jumping on the checkout or packing out stock as needed

Requirements

  • A current driving licence, held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 points

Shifts

Shifts can start as early as 6am and finish as late as 11pm. We are looking for a flexible and adaptable individual who is able to work a varied schedule.
